Terms and Conditions


Hours of Operation

  • Orders can be placed 24/7 online.
  • For all other inquiries, our hours of operation are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Delivery & Payment Policy

  • We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours.
  • Payment can be made via Debit/Credit cards. For assistance, please contact us at info@signaturetips.com.

  • Please reference your invoice/order number or name on the payment.

Order Processing:

  • Once payment is cleared, products will be shipped within 24 hours or at the next available courier pickup (outside of normal hours).
  • You will receive an email notification upon purchase, and your order details will be available under your account on our website.
  • Keep a copy of your transaction for future reference. If you have any questions, please contact us. We recommend keeping a printed copy of your order as proof of purchase.

Courier Deliveries - Postage and Packaging

  • All courier deliveries are dispatched on the same or next working day after payment is cleared.
  • Delays can occur during peak times. If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you via email.
  • If you are unable to receive the delivery during standard business hours, please address the delivery to your workplace.
  • Any further costs related to re-delivery or pickup rest with the purchaser.
  • Courier fees include postage and packaging.

Signature Tips Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered if the item has been opened or used, unless proven faulty.
  • Refunds are not offered for changes of mind or unmet expectations.
  • Original postage/courier fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Warranty & Returns Policy

  • Starter Kits: 1-year warranty on manufacturer’s defects.
  • All other products: 6-month warranty.

The buyer must:

  • Check goods upon receipt and report any damages or faults within 24 hours via email.
  • Bear the responsibility and cost of returning faulty products.
  • Provide a valid invoice as proof of sale.

Signature Tips will:

  • Replace or repair faulty products where possible. Refunds are only offered if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Approve returns only by prior arrangement (no C.O.D. returns).
  • Warranty is valid only in the UK and is non-transferable.

Warranty Specifics

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear & tear.
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper use of products.
  • Neglect or careless storage.
  • Failure to follow the operation guide.
  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering.

Replacement of Damaged Goods

  • Inspect goods upon receipt and report damages within 24 hours via email.
  • Signature Tips may request photos or evidence of damages.
  • Buyer is responsible for returning faulty products.
  • Signature Tips will cover the cost of sending replacement items after verifying the issue.
  • Returned items must include all accessories and original packaging.

Privacy Policy

  • We do not share your information with third parties. All data is kept private and confidential. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

  • By making a purchase, your details will be added to our database. If you wish to be removed, notify us via email or in writing.
